Abstract submission must be in Arabic or English with no more than 500 words. Upon the acceptance of the abstract, full paper can also be submitted in Arabic or English.
Two types of papers could be submitted: papers that describe well-developed or completed research (max 4000 words, or 9 pages of our template) and short papers that describe research in progress (max 2500 words, or 6 pages of our template). Submissions should be sent in Word Document Format or Rich Text Format RTF. Each paper will be subject to a blind review by two to three referees. If the paper is accepted, author(s) will be invited to present the paper and have it included in the published ASCAAD 2016 conference proceedings, and will appear on Cumincad.org database (provided that for each accepted paper, at least one author pays the conference registration fee).

Full paper submissions must follow a guideline. Please download and use the English Word template or Arabic Word template for writing your full paper. Authors should comply with the guidelines in the Harvard system of reference.
